Stupid app keep on jumping and scrolling up whenever I complete a form. I have to scroll all the way down again to fill in the next blank. The app just randomly closes the form I was filling. I have to fill everything, address, names, phone numbers all over again! worst app ever! Cannot print or download the consignment note. Press on "print" or "download" button, nothing happens. In the end have to use PC website to log in and print manually. This app wasted my 1 hour trying to figure it out!!

You cant use manual forms anymore, they will force you to use the app. But the app is super slow and most of the time takes so much time to connect and generate. Really bad service. Loading time is too long, n eventually will just lost connection and cant complete the details i filled. Cant ganerate the consignment note. I dont think they even read the complaints here.

Pleasant experience with Poslaju. I've no problem with using the App. Always send parcel to my mom in Kota Kinabalu from Subang Jaya, normally it just takes 3 days to reach her. Thank you for making it fast and safe delivery.
