This app was created very convenient and easy to use. However, after the latest version of Touch 'n Go eWallet was complex and frustrating. The latest updates gave the option to only able to transferable balance ONLY RM2.65 to the other users, such as credit cards , debit cards, pay online convenient stores, online banking. whereas the non transferable was the pin number reload and wasn't able to transfer at all . Love the previous features it allows you to transfer unlimited non-transferable 2

This app was once I highly recommend to friends and family as we can transfer money to each other with our wallet balance by just topup via Pin reload. It WAS very convenient. Now, not anymore. There was no warning via email or whatever means. After bought the pin reload, i was upset when i wanted to topup, only to see pop-up message said it is non-transferable. Once WAS the most convenient app compared to others, now, will be less using this app.

Too much notifications for ads, promotions etc. It's annoying and can't turned off specific notifications without turning off entirely including transactional notification. What a troublesome. Please learn from other apps to set up different settings for promo, offers, transactions, etc.
