Absolutely worst customer service, no proper time management, used to be good but now its a terrible company. Apps works but if you order expect more problems than to go buy yourself. Just use the money to buy a trolley and get the drinks yourself, its easier than using them.

The UI/UX for the app needs to be improved in terms of location, delivery address, etc. Everytime I want to send to a friend or family, I need to change the main address and my phone number to the receivers, even after I have input their location. Please look into it as how to make sending to someone easier. The location on the top main menu is not in sync and causes the data to be stuck.
