Have been using this services multiple times and I haven't encounter any problems at all. There's this one time that I couldn't unlock the car while doing the verification since they can't detect my face, I was told to contact the help center and they immediately unlock the car for me. Very helpful.

Good service and very easy to use. I have no complaint about this services except face verification. I often use a nissan leaf, but the problem is this car doesn't equipped 3 pin portable charger. When i rent this car for 1 night, i can't charge this car at home while night, i need to leave my car at charging station, book taxi and go back to home, not really convenient to rent 1 day or more. Hope GoCar can consider to provide 3 pin portable charger on this car. Thank you!

All good except during pick up time. Car was supposed to be available at pick up point and time but was only being informed on unavailability upon my arrival at pick up point. Finally have to Grab to another location for alternative but similar car. Lost time was reimbursed.
