Ratings and reviews

The app experiences slow response times and occasionally freezes when taking photos during parcel collection from the sender and upon successful delivery to the recipient. In some cases, the app crashes entirely, causing the captured photos to fail processing. As a workaround, we often have to rely on uploading photos manually from the phone's gallery. Additionally, it would be very helpful if the app included an option for users to update their profile picture.

Apps that are easy to get a job because you can choose your own date and time. However, I don't recommend it. The problem is when you claim a job, but the hub says you don't have to come. If you cancel, you get a penalty while the payment for the previous job is outstanding.

Accidentally clicked on the wrong job, and there's a penalty if I don't cancel within 12 hours? Fine, I accept. I contacted customer service to ask them to reject my job request, but haven't received any response? Fine, I accept. But the Cancel button isn't responding at all? I can't even cancel the job? What's going on?
