Cannot access. Keeps telling it's upgrading. Have uninstalled & reinstalled but still can't access. Used to be fine before latest upgrade. Very frustrating as feels more like a downgrade to unfriendly user app. If this keeps up, I think the app is going to lose it's users especially the less tech savvy ones.

It did work properly sometimes back. Now its always 'perkhidmatan tergendala'. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times to no avail! Very very disappointing. Sorry to say this, it takes its time to open up and keeps buffering although my net connection is good.

Can never log in. Always rosak. Is the Government maintaining this site? If cannot use then should change the vendor. Your reply is constantly and consistently *thank you and we have updated a new version... * A version that does not work. You should take action n solve the problem and not lip service. Looks like you have installed a broken record to continously play the same broken song as your reply. I am sure no one reads the comment.
