The e-Complaint system will make it easier for the public to interact online with the DOE anytime and anywhere. Complaints related to environmental issues that are subject to the Environmental Quality Act 1974 (AKAS 1974) submitted through the e-Complaint system will be channeled directly to the State DOE and the relevant officials for immediate action. The public can also check the results of the investigation online.
