MyHRMIS Keluar Pejabat is another innovation produced by the Public Service Department (JPA) to allow the public servants to apply for permission to leave office during working hours.

MyHRMIS Keluar Pejabat functions are:
1. Application: Users can submit application on-the-go.
2. Endorsement: Endorser can consider application and view the approval status
3. Monitoring: The dashboard function that consists of 3 categories - Individual Dashboard, Endorser Dashboard and Management Dashboard.
4. Reporting : The report is divided into three (3) categories; officer on leave, officer not in the office on current time, and officer out of office on selected date.
