​Respons Rakyat (RR) is a mobile application developed by the Public Complaints Bureau as an official channel for citizens to channel complaints, feedback, and suggestions related to public services faster, easier, and transparent. The main features of RR are acting as a digital complaint channel, real-time status of complaints, users can upload pictures as evidence or support for complaints submitted and two-way interaction where government officials or authorities can give feedback directly through the application to the complainant.
