SPayGlobal (also known as Sarawak Pay) is the Sarawak Government Fintech mobile app platform that provides a convenient and secured e-wallet functionality. Users can make digital payment for bills and purchases at participating merchants. Users can top up their e-wallet through internet banking and credit cards and enjoy the convenience of cashless payments.

SPayGlobal allows users to:
- Scan & Pay using QR Codes
- Split bills amongst SPayGlobal users
- Perform peer to peer fund transfers
- Enjoy discounts vouchers within Loyalty Rewards
- Purchase and renew insurance, pay study loans, order food, make donations, pay for street parking, etc.
- Subscribe, manage and pay your bills
- Check transaction history conveniently
- Search or view merchant listing
- Register and operate an Individual Merchant Account

SPayGlobal is operated by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT), on behalf of the Sarawak Government.
SNT holds an eWallet license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

It's not user-friendly. I have to wait for 1 hour to login my account because of 3 failed attempts. Its ridiculously long to wait 1 hour for login the account after inputting wrong username/password. Shorten the time to 10 or 20 minutes. The app will be much better if devs change it. Edit: Well I finally could login the app 2 weeks ago. Completely forgot about the review that i wrote. I don't know if the dev fix the issue relate to the issue which I mentioned above. So 4 stars for now.

I don't understand why I need this app to buy tickets to the national parks. Just give me a credit card field like every other online service. It requires face and passport identification. Plus needs my employment information. Then it didn't even work! After 20 min of trying, I gave up. Guess I'll get the ticket at the park. Why even offer this app if it doesn't work?

The cashback is the best available at the moment. Make use of it while they are throwing money at getting more users. I had an issue when I tried to sign up. The app told me that my account already existed. I emailed the company & they responded the next day. I found out that the entire system is integrated. I had an existing sarawak.gov.my account, so I needn't go through the sign up process again. I was able to log in with said account. Hope this helps anyone else facing the same problem.
