SPayGlobal (also known as Sarawak Pay) is the Sarawak Government Fintech mobile app platform that provides a convenient and secured e-wallet functionality. Users can make digital payment for bills and purchases at participating merchants. Users can top up their e-wallet through internet banking and credit cards and enjoy the convenience of cashless payments.

SPayGlobal allows users to:
- Scan & Pay using QR Codes
- Split bills amongst SPayGlobal users
- Perform peer to peer fund transfers
- Enjoy discounts vouchers within Loyalty Rewards
- Purchase and renew insurance, pay study loans, order food, make donations, pay for street parking, etc.
- Subscribe, manage and pay your bills
- Check transaction history conveniently
- Search or view merchant listing
- Register and operate an Individual Merchant Account

SPayGlobal is operated by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT), on behalf of the Sarawak Government.
SNT holds an eWallet license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

Terrible apps. 1) Bills paid, but then not updated in the system, and the bill will appear as an outstanding bill. 2) Had to log in every time after new apps updates. 3) Sometimes appeared as "having trouble connecting to the network" when opening the apps, whilst the network was find, and other apps can be use as normal. And so much more hustles when using the apps.

Edit: Has been a year using this app locally, sad to say nothing has improved. The app is unreliable and very frustrating to use. Most people use this to pay for parking and this app has an annoying habit of either logging you out on its own or will not connect to load properly. Often it is much faster to just walk up and QUEUE at the payment counter. What a joke of a system.

After a period of time, the apps will automatically logged out. For someone who always forget the password, I choose "forget password", but it required me to fill in all my personal info, and what makes me confused is when I tried to submit, it keeps on loading and won't redirect to the main page, just stucks on the personal details page. Please fix this
