Horrible application, horrible UI, does not scale up to device, unresponsive most of the time, unable to make payments even though topped up, what a waste of money and time, rather use Boost application where developers respond to users and make it more intuitive and makes you feel like using the application. Supposed to do one thing -> make payments convenient and easy, please do more user testing, new design standards material design etc make it more responsive to match new devices

I just install a software update of my phone, and the app told me that I have changed my device. But the problem is I not even change my device. Another problem is the verification process. When taking selfie photo for verification, the app keep telling me that my face 'too small' 'too large', but I have adjusted the distance between my phone and my face, it still can't take the picture. How bad is the algorithm? Can't just let the user take the picture itself, why must the app capture for us?

Terrible apps. 1) Bills paid, but then not updated in the system, and the bill will appear as an outstanding bill. 2) Had to log in every time after new apps updates. 3) Sometimes appeared as "having trouble connecting to the network" when opening the apps, whilst the network was find, and other apps can be use as normal. And so much more hustles when using the apps.
