Awful app. Would give zero or negative stars if possible. Can't redeem anything. Select any reward and it asks to log in even though I already logged in. After logging in again, it goes back to the main page. Uninstalled & reinstalled, but still getting the same "Failed to process" error. VIP = Very Idiotic Programming.

This VIP gift card/membership is a joke! There's nothing for nova buyers. Most of the items are either limited quantities and already fully claimed, or already expired. What's the point of giving this gift card in the 1st place. Better don't give at all. App wise, items that are no longer valid should be removed or hidden straight. Wasting people's time when they trying to figure how to claim yet in the end found out to be non claimable anymore.

A terrible experience redeeming coupon for premier lounge. I think is fair for people to redeem it on the spot for whoever are using it instead of redeeming it first and keep it. Some might not even use it and just redeem it for fun. Not a genuine VIP app for Huawei user. I would say do not waste your time on this programme. Disappointed
