MyDigital ID is an identity management and transaction signing platform. Contemporary implementations are often vulnerable, arising from various factors e.g. hostile applications on device, insecure communication channels and server-side storage of user credentials/keys i.e. roaming certificates. MyDigital ID is designed with the objectives to address these vulnerabilities.

MyDigital ID offers the following:
• Strong security characteristic with a stringent 3-pass authentication mechanism for every transaction.
• A convenient and secure way for third party applications to use the digital identity of mobile device users for authentication and digital signing.
• Open ecosystem with systematic establishment of trustworthiness by users and mobile service providers

MyDigital ID app does not provide any digital ID. It requires 3rd party application to integrate with it.

Couldn't even register. I choose the online registration since its easier but when i entered my email for the OTP, the apps said there's an error in sending OTP. While on the other hand i got the OTP thru my email but nowhere to entered the OTP. Seriously this is such a hassle. I cant even enter government apps without this digital ID. PLEASE IMPROVE AND ENSURE the apps system able to run smoothly. You created the apps to make things easier for the people so make it easier PLEASEE!!

After the latest update, the app only shows a “Scan QR” button on the main screen without any clear notice, explanation, or guide on how users are supposed to log in. As a user, I genuinely do not know what to do next because there are no clear instructions provided. Even we have to search for the guide at google/youtube, but it doesnt even help us with clear instructions.

Why is this application developed so poorly? I am trying to log in to MyMesyuarat, and the only available option is through MyDigital ID. However, when I try to scan the QR code, the application fails to recognize it at all. This is extremely frustrating because the login process depends entirely on this function, yet the application cannot even perform its basic purpose properly. How am I supposed to log in if the QR scanner does not work as intended? Useless.
