Unsuccesfull to register completely I'm just change my old member card into new member card and when i register an account in this app, it says that my clubcard number does not exist in the system.After that, i close the app and open again to made the registration but it says this email adress already registered. I'm not completely register because my new clubcard number does not activate yet. I hope that can solve this problem as soon as possible.thanks.
Can't even login. For those with existing Tesco shopping account, the app does not allow you to login. The option is greyed out. How stupid can the developer of this app be? If you give option, must allow people with account to login coz they cannot create a new account with the same registered email. Idiot!
Problems after problems and super NON User Friendly!!! It's confusing that used vouchers are not auto deleted! App is so slow to load and navigate! UI SUPER SUCKS! I'm still trying to think of something positive. Hmm... Not!
Unable to login again After logout for the first time, unable to login again with same username and password. Error message 'check internet connection...' eventhough nothing wrong with my internet connection. :(
Login unable I keyed in correct username password n clubcard number multiple times for 2 days, but kept showing encountered error and asked me to check my internet connection, frustrated! Not user friendly AT ALL!
I change my old clubcard (blue card) to new one (with tng). Unfortunately, still can't register the card number. They say the card number is not match with their system. So, all the effort is for nothing. Useless!
