Excellent app for tracking my moods. Really helps find relevant triggers (not enough sleep causes more anxiety, too much causes a spike in depression, etc) and correlations.
I love this app. It succinctly replicates an in-person psych check-up by asking symptom questions. It's helps me keep track of medications. By seeing the charts, I feel much more empowered and in control of my progress. Amazing complement to a professional.
So far, it's a pretty cool app. I really like apps like these, I have schizoaffective disorder, and so it is beneficial for me to have an app that shows me my mood throughout the week, and what affects me when, and what things I should avoid.
Been using this App for nearly a month. So far I'm impressed. Much better than some of the others out there. Would like to see this cross platform, like a UWP App for Windows. Anyway I was so happy with it I bought the life time patronage.
This app is brilliant. I suffer from bipolar and find it great to be able to keep a log of my thoughts, feelings and emotions.. Well Done..
Useful for mood disorders and other such chronic mental illness issues. But I think anyone could probably benefit. I also like the interface and color scheme.
