Great little app This app is very helpful for looking back at cycles. Simple to use. Like the graph and the export option. Only issue is the cutoff length of notes. Please please please allow this to be longer!!! More like a short journal entry so that when you look back you have a little more explanation for exactly what was going on that day. Other than that I really like it
Simple, easy and full of detail Really impressed. I've only been using it for a few days but it does give you a good insight into your condition. Really handy to show your dr how you're coping. I've set a reminder to go off so I'm guaranteed to fill it in daily, which I'm terrible at doing when keeping a paper based mood diary. The one suggestion I have is that it would be handy to have a way of tracking how rapidly your moods are cycling.
Best so far I love that I can edit prior days if I miss a day. I agree with others that I'd like to be able to track other symptoms. I also have added things like exercise, hydration, eating, and me time to the meds list, but would love dedicated symbols for things like that. This is a nice, basic app. I love viewing and analyzing my graph, it makes me feel a lot more proactive and in control.
Not a fan of the user interface This app is well structured and very helpful but in need of a graphic designer. The user interface looks like apps way back from when the first iPod touch came out. It makes it a little confusing at times. And doesn't really do anything that you couldn't do on a piece of paper.
.csv export option allows for Excel nerds like myself to really get our hands dirty and manipulate some data! Add more options than just mild, moderate and severe. Maybe a scale from 1 to 10 for severity/intensity. Daily medications are automatically checked off each day. If this was changed and you were required to re-check each med each day it would serve as another reminder.
Like this alot. Very helpful in tracking my moods, seeing it visually on a graph is really helpful. Only change I would make is that I wish there was a way I could add my own moods/emotion/symptoms that I wish to track on top of the ones already available,and delete the ones that are less pertinent to me. Great app overall. Thanks.
