Seems like it will work great in tracking my moods. Easy to use.
I am looking forward to being able to track all of my data in one place.
Early days but seems simple enough to use.
Very help as someone newly diagnosed with bipolar type I.
Best MOOD app
It's about the best app I've found for tracking moods. It's fairly comprehensive, lacking only tags as far as I can tell--though one can make notes and add custom things to track for common things (either with a sliding scale, yes/no, or a number counter). I'd appreciate a few more customisation options. Mainly the ability to edit the colour and order of the icons for "most X felt", and also the option to remove the "psychotic symptoms" and "talk therapy" tracking points. A 1-10 scale or something similar instead of "none/mild/moderate/severe" as another option would be nice as well. I think the four options work better because this is a pretty subjective thing, but numbers make for a more interesting and easily-anyalsed graph. Also, the medication tracking is competent, but I'd like to see a more robust implementation. Some medicines people are prescribed are taken every other day or less frequently (there are currently only "daily" and "as needed" options). Also, many, many medicines are commonly taken twice a day (there's currently only AM or PM or "any time" options). To add these medicines I have to make two entries. It's a serviceable solution but not ideal. One cannot change the order that medications appear after creating them, which is another small gripe I have. Overall, like I said, I think it's the best out there--at least the paid version with custom tracking points. I'd like to see more customisation options. I've not mentioned it yet, and generally it goes without saying that a lack of feedback/complaint means you're doing something right, but I think it only fair to point out I've not encountered any bugs so far.
