If you want to apply, you can apply anywhere you want within a 2 minute to 5 minute distance. Or nearby shopping mall. but when you terminate, you have to travel a 1 1/2-hour journey. not on weekends. it's weekdays. so you have to apply for leave at work. definitely hard to get. so you don't terminate. Still, the next bill exists. BUSINESS.!

The app and package was great and the cheapest among all. The only thing that needs to improve is the Network, it needs a wider network in more areas. Not just focus on Availability, it needs wider for plural areas, take on Digi and UMobile standard.

Tried to buy the add-on prepaid plan at around 3AM, 31/8. Waiting for the System to process my payment through E-wallet till NOW. Opened a ticket on this case, no one acknowledges it. May I know what's going on? UPDATE AT 7:15 PM, 1/9/2023: Until now, no one acknowledges my ticket and email. Worst customer service of all time. Disappointed.
