- Immediate Information arranged as Need to Do, Need to See and Need to Know
- Escalation and prioritization status and progress
- Use with Salesforce mobile app to see or update Case details (Internal Users)
- Upcoming deployment and maintenance schedules and status
- Outage notifications and status updates
- Account team members can select from the list of assigned accounts or see combined information
