Made a prebooking for a taxi and got assigned a driver, but they never showed up at the scheduled time. There was no way to contact the driver except by sending a message, and I got no reply. When I called the Nala Taxi main line, they said they couldn’t see my booking and couldn’t do anything about it. I even have a screenshot of the order. Really disappointing experience — I do not recommend this app.

its really hard to get a car or a lorry weve had to wait a whole half an hour before some one picked up. otherwise its good...

this app had no right to get 1 stars.its the best app.but let me tell the guys who have 1 stars.normally,at noon to evening its the peak hour so it will be busy.because kids finish school and work.but the morning and night.then it's some drivers fault.nala taxi is the most convenient app I have ever head of.the rides are quite fast.they assign the ride pretty fast.and the drivers are friendly.
