👋you see, most people leave home without a WiFi. Other online apps give you feedback errors i think or .lack of.. stable connection give error so no more "empty" phone screen and give us information that helps us.Cheers old msg: seems if my mobile data is off , then I just just a Black splash screen , if there is a increase of crime around my work area what could I do ? the app misallocated calls. twice now city power officials call me only to tell me i must relog a call against another team... but of course the app does not allow this... please remap...also, pleaee provide ability to escalate or update calls + enter addresses for a differwnt location to where you currently are.

The app works well. Would be great if they provided logged ticket references so you can also do your own follow ups. Also, the call days after the problem is resolved to check if it has been resolved. Previously they used to do in-app check ins on a chat platform, but they have stopped that, that was awesome to have.
