The web page has stopped working since the new year when it worked for years with no problem, I've tried the app again (it rarely worked before) to make the payment, and it doesn't work either. I keep getting a 'transaction not successful' notice. I've been in contact and had one reply asking for a screenshot of the error notice, then nothing after I sent it. Unfortunately it's the only method to pay this particular bill.

App isn't loading. it's been trying to load for over 9 hrs. No any error codes. It just state's App is taking longer than usual to log in. Please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience. " I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it's just the same. I've also attempted to send my rent payment via online but the screen just goes blank, which is very concerning as not sure if payment has gone through. would I get any overpayment returned? Who knows.

After clicking the "Pay" button on the "Verify Payment" dialog, sometimes nothing happens. No loading icon. For such an important step, the UX is terrible and could easily cause people to make double payments. This app needs proper testing to make sure a good customer experience is guaranteed even when the internet and phone aren't perfect.
