This test by means of polling, the questionnaire method allows to measure the degree of failure points of consumption vitamins B: thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine and folacin
In it you need to answer all questions relating to the health of your child or yourself and nizhenazvannyh food consumption (100 grams) on average over the past month, answering "yes" or "no."
The result will be one of these:
1) to 5 points - a low intake of vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B9.
2) 5-8 points - the average consumption of these vitamins.
3) 9-12 - high intake of B1, B3, B6 and B9.
It is widely known that particularly important in causing neurologic and psychiatric disorders, even more historical perspective, recognized for hypo-and vitamin thiamine (disease "beriberi"), niacin ("pellagra") and folic acid ("megaloblastic anemia" ), as well as the lack of pyridoxine is characterized by a variety of emotional disorders. At deficiency of vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B9, in addition to somatic disorders, there are psychiatric symptoms such as depressed mood, weakness, fatigue, irritability, muscle weakness, poor appetite and sleep. One of the major causes of failure data of vitamins - a significant predominance in the diet products based on flour and, accordingly, reduced revenues nutrients from unrefined grains.
