Useful for adding funds and checking your students balance. But to be a really useful app, they really should add the ability to preorder items for your student/child in the app. Unfortunately, I still need to go to the website in order to do that. If I still have to go to the website, the app doesn't really help me. For that reason, I will have to uninstall it. Add that capability, and I would reinstall in an instant.

This app def needs improvements. Never saves my payment info, even thought I check the box every single time I load money to save it. If you push the back button on your phone instead of the tiny back arrow on the app, it makes you log in again. Also doesn't save your login info.

Website and the app need a lot of work. This does not constitute an MVP. Horrible UI which provided a bad UX. Website also has a bad UI which leads to poor UX. The app and site do not reflect the same under My Students, you also cannot pre-order in the app and must use the site but new ID's and we can only transfer in the app? Why even have the app at all? From my experience receiving a new student ID I can also tell the database is also, poorly coded. It is concerning to be honest.
