DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT even consider this app!! They charge you for twice every year, and when you try to dispute they refuse to acknowledge their fraudulent activity!!! I signed up for a $39.38 recurring subscription on Feb 11, 2024. One year later, they charged me that and then an additional $99.99 charge 4 days later. Worst decision of my life was Feb 11, 2024, when I signed up on an impulse. Never could figure out the videos, so didn't touch it for 10 months.

Enjoy using Yoga GO! The instructors explain what do, with reminders to breath or where the stretch should be felt while doing it. Routines are excellent and hit all the areas that one wants to work on. One suggestion to develop the app to be able to mirror on my TV so that I can watch with a larger screen. Sometimes it is difficult to view from my phone...especially the older one becomes. I use the app about 3-5 times a week.

As a beginner to yoga, I've really enjoyed the app! It starts out with an easy to follow, daily plan that fits me and isn't long. I like that it started me with a 30 day, and the exercises aren't strenuous for a beginner, so it helped me keep going. I've felt more flexible, had better muscle strength, and felt better physically which was my main goal in joining.
