Great app! Makes time entry simple. One drawback is that time submission is not working on the app at the moment...hasn't worked in over a month. Will be 5 stars if that gets fixed.
Great program The app is fantastic, but... sometimes your submitted expenses will appear to have been cleared on the main expense screen but when you go into the Unsubmitted expenses section the submitted expenses still appear
BigTime is a great program for tracking time, expenses, etc. Integrates with QuickBooks seamlessly. I use the app on the go and it works great, never had a problem using it!
Great app. This has helped my company track time, and projects, as well as giving us insight into our expenses.
I had posted a terrible review due to many issues however recently I received a call from Josh and follow-up emails explaining in detail what has been happening has been cleared up. I did what he suggested and all past issues have been cleared up. If you’re a large company it is a investment however Josh has reassured me that even though I am an express user I can contact them for direction.
Cannot view engagements on app The app would be so much more functional if you could view your list of engagements assigned to you. Hopefully this is something that the IT Dept has in the works. No point in tracking time in the app if you can't see a list of all your engagements that you can actually track time with.
We now recognize the required fields feature like notes! If the user forgets to enter notes (or other required field information), the system reminds them by highlighting the required field. Phone home! We added a field in The Staff List member information to include home phone numbers. With your time and expense app, you can be anywhere and access the home phone of an employee or a colleague. For IQ Enterprise users, we fixed an issue with some fields not displaying full names properly.
