App constantly tries to download and install an update, but then fails which is running down my battery and slowing down phone performance. I've tried everything to stop it, including reinstallation, but the problem persists. I'm disappointed a service I'm paying for executes one of their services of being able to log my time and track it remotely is so poorly executed. Based on the other review here, it seems I'm not the only user experiencing this issue.

Top few reasons: 1. Dropdown menus sometimes do not function. 2. Records often do not save and do not offer an error message / reason. 3. Attachment function is limited as to how/where to select from (when it even works). I have yet to be able to successfully submit anything with this app. (Android device, Colleagues using the Apple version don't seem to have these issues)

Pretty bad - easier to just use mobile website, and that way you get more functionality than just timecard and expense entries. The simplest things like timecards dont even work because there is no field for "labor category" in the app. Notifications also go insane and just have to be completely disabled. Don't use the app, just bookmark the website.
