Primitive interface. I deposited money through a bank account twice. And twice I couldn’t buy anything. Errors occur. I am an advanced crypto investor and have used many other platforms before. The support team responds slowly and ineffectively. Withdrew money, lost 4 pounds and a lot of time. I'm deleting the program. I do not recommend for use.

Using this app for 3 years. Was great. Last month the update destroyed the simplicity. The basic version was straightforward enough. You choose the exact amount you wanted to sell/buy either or use the options 25%50%75%100%, that doesn't exist anymore. Why? Also you could see current bids just by clicking on the crypto and it would instantly show. Also where are the widgets? Why ruin simplicity when you had a great thing. The website is still good, the app is now terrible.

Real price and buying price has a gigantic difference, meaning the hidden fee is high when comparing to other brokers. Since the last update in the app, I can't buy or sell as it gives me an error. I always need to open the Web version for that. They also charge for same currency transfers when withdrawing money. I will definitely look for another company. DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM, NEVER!!! Support is terrible and ignores the fact the platform is problematic!
