Ratings and reviews

The software still feels a bit raw — the “always on top” window mode doesn’t work properly, controls are sluggish, and adding a new camera requires more than just knowing its IP (even though it’s found automatically in discovery mode). It’s also confusing how to control zoom when the camera supports pan and tilt. Plus, there’s noticeable lag when viewing in 4K.

This is useful app, and I would like to say special Thanks to Technical support, they was payshent and responded to all my emails and they solved the problems! I don't know if I can have NOTIFICATIONS from my cameras, free version not gave me this option and I don't see any details of that on pay version. If it is possible l would rate them 5stars! Desktop version is not that good, but I'm working on it, will see.

I love the app, except... And it's probably my own ignorance with the steps and termonalogy, but everytime I get my camera to connect, the next visit itnever seems to connect, so I have to delete it and add again, and I can't get my IP cam to connect now at all when it had several times before.. But the options, layout and UI is outstanding!
