Very disappointed that despite investing the time, effort and money in setting up the app, and speaking with 4 different reps, Booksy has been unable to provide me with a single booking! Given the 100% satisfaction rate from all my customers generated from other sources (and who I urged to book through the app), my service clearly isn't the issue The app is clear and easy to use, but without actually bringing business through the doors it serves as nothing more than an expensive diary

You can't link up two of the same Clients accounts so alot of them are doublers. You can't refund Clients either. I accidentally double charged. And it doesn't work on my fire tablet. I very rarely get clients through booksy itself. A little disappointing if I'm honest. Would be good to see your day when I client trys to book too instead of going back out and looking then going back to your notification.

I'm a barber working within a shop . All over the place. Too many things to list really. My main complaint is if a no show is required for someone who doesn't turn up and we try to take the fee it fails almost constantly. The whole point is to protect us from this. Booksy is costing me alot of money weekly. Unfortunately I work within a shop using Booksy so not much say, otherwise I would ditch it immediately. Sort this out Booksy!
