It's as good as Square booking, which is what I previously used. I switched to Booksy in the hopes of getting new clients referred me. In the year that I've been using it, I haven't been referred enough clients to justify the switched. I am still getting most of my new clients from my own networking and marketing strategies. Additionally, I have had issues getting reimbursed for no shows (an issue I'd never had with Square) and I've been charged by Booksy for clients that I solicited on my own.

Great booking app. Easy for my clients to use. Edit: I have been using booksy pro for 3 years. For the past year I have been having issues with the no show feature. No matter what the situation it always declines the card when i go to charge for no shows. A feature i really need and Booksy doesn't think there is a problem with their system. The system has a glitch dor verifying credit cards

Booksy loves to charge you their "finders fee, %, share" whatever you want to call it, but they make it very inconvenient, difficult, and time-consuming to get a refund on a cancelation of an appointment from a new customer who comes to you through their referral program. I gave them a 2nd star (reluctantly) only because the program does occasionally get me/you a new client. Don't forget,though, if they cancel, you'll have to make phone calls and spend time monitoring your account 4 your refund
