The new on line booking app is impressive. Smart barber's is, as always, efficient, affordable and friendly. I have been a client from for ten or so years and the service has always been good. Suggest they retain and develop the booking system as its better than standing out in the rain! Best wishes for the next ten years. Regards Terry Schofield

I travel a lot so these apps really are appealing to me. The only problem is, when I'm in a country where I don't speak the language, the app loads up in said language. Even when I change to English in the settings it will still load places in.. Spanish for example. The app in this case is unusable. It should give you the option to chose English etc as a language before you sign up. That way you understand what you're getting. Would of really liked this to work

I had a slight issue in setting up my account, which was a little irritating, but the help I received from Booksy's support team (particularly Norbert and Matt) in resolving the issue was undoubtedly the best, fastest, and most comprehensive that I have had from any company at any time. If I could give them 7 stars - or even 10 - I would. It would be a much better World if all companies were as hard working and efficient and Booksy! 🙂
