About this app

StageBuddy is a simple, fast and clear festival app for running orders, line-ups and Clashfinder schedules — including support for Wacken Open Air, Rockharz and M’era Luna.

The app shows the festival schedule as a timeline: stages side by side, bands and acts sorted chronologically. This makes it easy to see what is currently playing, what is coming up next and where schedule clashes may happen.

Features on Android Phone:

• Clear timeline for Wacken Open Air, Rockharz and M’era Luna
• Support for custom Clashfinder schedules
• Stages side by side, acts sorted chronologically
• Personal route / favorites for your planned acts
• “Now Playing” view for currently running and upcoming acts
• Search for bands and favorited acts
• Reminders for selected performances
• Position management for tent, car, shared places and stages
• Save, share and import stage positions and custom places
• Share individual acts as text, for example “Iron Maiden, today, 17:00, Wackinger”
• Backup and restore for your personal data

Wear OS:

StageBuddy also supports Wear OS and shows important festival information directly on your wrist. The watch app complements the smartphone app and uses favorites, reminders and festival data synchronized from the phone.

Views and features on Wear OS:

• Next reminder / next favorite with countdown, stage, time and status
• Stage views with currently running and upcoming acts
• Full-screen reminder with vibration for planned alerts
• Navigation by swipe gestures and physical crown
• Wear OS tile for the next favorited performance
• Complications for compatible watch faces with artist name, time and stage
• Brightness boost by long press for better readability outdoors
• Optional GPS compass to saved tent or car position, if the watch supports the required sensors
• Already synchronized data remains visible on the watch even without an active internet connection

Note: The Wear OS app is a companion app and requires the StageBuddy smartphone app to synchronize favorites, reminders and festival data.

StageBuddy is intentionally lightweight: not an overloaded festival guide, but a practical overview for everyday festival use.

Supported data sources and festivals:

• Wacken Open Air / W:O:A / WOA
• Rockharz
• M’era Luna
• Custom Clashfinder schedules

StageBuddy is primarily developed as a hobby project. Use without warranty; running order, line-up and Clashfinder data may change.
