Just OK. But the real problem with this app is that when you make a purchase in the store, you get "Points" that you can redeem for free shots, $ off, etc. BUT if you use this app, you get Nothing! If I had made the same purchase in Big Bear Liquor Store, on my next visit I would have been entitled to a couple of free 50ml bottles, yet I get nothing because I used the app instead of going myself to them. Kinda sucks hard!

Placed online holiday wine order that promised 20% discount off of four or more bottles if you ordered online. Placed order online and said discount would be applied at pick up. That did not happen. Went to pick up order and said discount was not applied and they couldnt honor it. I could get the wine anywhere in town but thought I'd give big bear a try because of the discount. No one at the cash register knew how to correct it and even the online sales guy didn't know how to correct it. 😠

App is great only 2 complaints. Need to be able to scan military ID in for discounts and needs to be attached to points. They say working on it, but, 2 years is way too long.
