Really easy to use. Only time I had a problem with them delivering was in the middle of a snowstorm. They called to let me know my order would be late, and I was perfectly fine with that. I'd rather have them be safe while delivering than rushing to beat a timeline. Anytime I've had problems finding an item on the app, or a coupon didn't work, I called and they took care of my issue immediately.

Placed an order for delivery. Bank shows charge pending, but still not delivered after 2 hours. Attempted to call the store 3 times; selected 0 on prompt for an associate & let ring 10 times each but no one answered & it's more than an hour before close. Unable to find option to cancel order but then found info about store hours & realized the app had allowed me to order for delivery after delivery hours had ended. Hopefully it refunds/cancels the charge...

I've placed two orders through the app, once pick up and one delivery. Both times the order was "missed" and not ready. When I called about the delivery order I had to call four times before anyone even found that out. I was told they would check on it and call back, they did not.
