Used to work great, but lately it doesn't work at all, especially for checking voicemail which is what I used it for the most. It constantly tells me I am already logged in, reprompts me to log in, then tells me to log in again. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, waited a few weeks but it appears to still be doing it. Really crappy considering what we pay (on time) every month.
Continuous improvement makes this easy to use over the web client on Android platforms. My only grip is that I use folders and changing folders is not as simple as clicking on the one you want. Overall a good app for Comcast customers.
Email is extremely unstable when you have more than a handful of unread messages, and cleaning up your inbox when it gets to this point is nigh on impossible from the mobile app. Tends to do a lot of spinning, then hangs. No provisions for attaching docs, etc, that I can find. Way behind the curve. Tries to be a centralized Xfinity comms app, but fails miserably because its soooo unstable...
I use this app for my home business. My only complaint is that you can not send or receive picture messages. So I do not know how much business I have miss because of that. Most customers text rather than email or call.
Xfinity Connect used to work great and it now stinks. It won't connect or shuts down by itself. Please fix asap!
The emails arrive and send; however, every time the app is opened, a pop up days the session has expired.
