Why doesn't it work on the Roku anymore? I can play it on my phone perfectly fine but anytime I try to watch it on our Roku, the picture freezes but the sound continues. I can't get more than a minute in before it freezes up. If I try to cast it, it freezes at the loading screen. I can't cast it to my smart TV, it has to be specific devices and doesn't work on said devices. Very frustrating when we are trying to watch as a family. Please, please get this fixed. ☹️

I absolutely LOVEEEE watching The Chosen but it gets so frustrating when I can't for several days in a row bc when I go into the app to watch it, it won't allow me to. it'll say "Our servers seem to be having trouble right now. Please try again in a moment." This is about the 4th time it has done this and tbh it's getting quite old. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! I have restarted my phone and even uninstalled then reinstalled the app thinking that would fix it and it never does.. 😭

I love watching your show on my phone, and it did well. But in other devices, the app is really buggy. Screen sometimes bugs out of frame when trying to rewind or fast foward. Other than on my phone, other devices doesn't keep track of what episode or what captions is on. And the app on my phone can't even pick up on other devices even with Wifi on. Other than that, it's a good app to watch the show, and I love it!
