Have had intermittent problems with the app before, refusing to open just as a bus arrives which is extremely frustrating. Now the app is completely broken all together and won't open. Do they not test these releases before they go live? Where is the quality control?
Have previously had problems with the app but it works well now. Use it infrequently but when I do it allows me to to buy tickets easily. Paying by Paypal is an easy and useful option and allows for quick checkout. Would be nice if it had bus times included in the app instead of having to download a separate app for that.
It just doesn't work anymore. Since the update... It crashes, comes up with blank screens. Absolutely infuriating. Especially when you are trying to plan a journey, or your way to work. Sort it out please!?
Takes over 1 minute to open since latest update. Now telling me I'm not connected to the internet or it cannot connect to server whilst I'm trying to log in, after which it shuts down then forgets login details so I have to try again. Managed to log in once,it then crashed and lost my login details again. Always feels good showing a bus driver a blank screen as payment.
If they want people to use the app instead of paying on board, the app needs to actually WORK! I click on it,a black screen comes up,I can't purchase any tickets 😠
Unable to use app to buy tickets. Keeps telling me I need connect to server. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled app and it tells me it can't connect to internet despite being connected wifi and not having problems with anything else
