Have previously had problems with the app but it works well now. Use it infrequently but when I do it allows me to to buy tickets easily. Paying by Paypal is an easy and useful option and allows for quick checkout. Would be nice if it had bus times included in the app instead of having to download a separate app for that.
Have had intermittent problems with the app before, refusing to open just as a bus arrives which is extremely frustrating. Now the app is completely broken all together and won't open. Do they not test these releases before they go live? Where is the quality control?
It just doesn't work anymore. Since the update... It crashes, comes up with blank screens. Absolutely infuriating. Especially when you are trying to plan a journey, or your way to work. Sort it out please!?
Unable to use app to buy tickets. Keeps telling me I need connect to server. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled app and it tells me it can't connect to internet despite being connected wifi and not having problems with anything else
Doesn't work. Had to walk home as app would not open to show ticket. No cash on me and already paid for saver! How much extra money do they make from similar situations i wonder? Total con.
The is an issue displaying a purchased ticket - the writing at the bottom is white on very pale grey. I was almost refused carriage, which wouldn't have been ideal.
