I have never rated an app before but feel compelled to do so after this experience. Drivers have no understanding of how the app works, showed the app and essentially had to wait till the driver got frustrated enough to just wave us by. The app has poor user interface for dates and ages. The app forces you to turn off airplane mode even though you're using wifi. Major issue for us was sharing a ticket. It shared fine but was immediately expired. Issue was because of not synchronized time zone.

App constantly crashes, not reliable, but it's the only option when you need a ticket. It also has problems synchronising with the server, even with a good internet connection! The only reason why I keep it is because there is no alternative for buying tickets on the go

App no longer opening keeps saying the app has a bug and I need to wait for the developer to fix it, been like this since Saturday and no bug update, I've only had this app 2 weeks and I bought their 20 day ticket bundle at £100 as that was my cheapest option. So now unless this app actually gets fixed I don't know how I'll get into work seeing as my travel funds for the next 2 months went on purchasing those tickets
