Rubbish Looking like an idiot waiting for the bloody app to load and then having to restart my phone when force close doesnt work while bus driver and passengers are looking annoyed. Stuck on loading screen and have to rely on the network or WiFi connection which I don't have by the bus stop, it didn't before the update. Why would you still need connection to view an active ticket. Going to have to go back to using the bus card which is more expensive.
What a waste of.time 1. Constantly force closing and crashing my phone. 2. The waiting time for it to. Load up makes me look like a right idiot 3. Due to the crashing of my phone I am then made to buy another ticket because the shirty bus drivers get all upset and mad Im using this God awful app plenty of people have complained but non of this is being fixed? Why thought more bus was all about its customers. This app has not saved me money or time it has just made public transport a lot more stressful then it needs to be!
App crashes up to 10 times until it opens properly. It's annoying. Fix it please
It was great but... Broken after update! It doesn't let you buy tickets. When you press on "buy tickets" it just says "Loading content" and then does nothing. Force kill/reinstall did not help! Pretty annoying as I relied on it every day, and don't always carry cash for paper tickets...
Total junk Absolute rubbish. One of the previous incarnations of this app used to work. This one won't even connect to the internet on either my Samsung phone or tablet.
