A good concept but the app is a let down. Blocky and slow. Takes far too long for the screens to load. Payment is not smooth either, I frequently have to attempt payment at least 3 times before it is accepted. This occurs on both strong wifi and 4G. Would also be handy if the ticket was stored on the account and not on the device. -Samsung S6 Edge Plus.
Annoying Tickets aren't linked to your account, they are linked to your device, I had to use a spare phone a week after buying a 100 pound ticket and discovered I then needed to spend even more. This is appalling. Also, why when I buy an adult gold monthly at the station it's actually for a month whereas the app is for 28 days? That means that at some point renewal will fall before my salary date which is not helpful. I'm going to stop using it until they get it fixed. If they are bothered that is. Probably not...
Very busy background makes some text hard to read for people who suffer from visual impairments. Also, I just wanted to buy a single from Knaresborough to Harrogate - I could not find a way to do this.
Great concept, needs refinement Had to download this on a bus and it took 20 minutes from downloading to buy the ticket because the app crashed so many times. Useful, just needs a bit of polishing.
Usability, UI, technical foundations are all terrible. Plus why 28 day tickets instead of monthly?
