Not able to reset my password. No way to contact anyone. No way to put in maintenance requests or pay rent or anything unless I can get in. It won't let me put in the old password and says its incorrect when it's not. Unable to change my email address, either, which is no longer a valid or active address! So tired of issues and glitches and no fixes.

I try to pay my rent on the correct date. It gives me a confirmation that payment has gone through....but it does NOT WORK!!!! Once again this stupid app is malfunctioning. Now it just force closes. I have tried uninstalling and installing 3 times and surprise surprise it does NOT work. Absolutely sick of this app!

I had a great experience with this app before this past weekend when I tried to pay my rent. I filled out all my banking information and press pay now but I got an error saying the payment is "stuck at the gateway and to check back in 24 hours" to which I did and there was no payment there so I submitted another Sunday morning to avoid being late on my rent. then I can email at 4 in the morning on Monday that there was a payment posted and now my account was drawn again $800.00+. Very upset.
