This is the best calendar app I've ever used. +FULLY customizable reminder settings +Fully integrated with Google calendar +Integrated with Maps +Fully customizable repetition settings +Fast, lightweight +Fully customizable widget +Beautiful, minimalist design +Widget will not kill your battery -Crashes generally regularly if I'm not being careful while I'm using it. However I still give it a 5 because it is excellent once you set it and forget it. And still even excellent if you don't click around too fast. Developers: please be aware of the crashing problems. It is honestly the I only flaw of this program. You guys killed it with this, great job.
As a homeschooled student and a PA to both of my parents, I have a lot of things to juggle in my daily schedule. SolCalendar keeps me grounded and focused on my tasks with its to-do fuction that comes alongside a calendar. It's rare to have both in most apps these days. The widgets are beautiful and comes with a bonus option to be transparent. The to-do-list widget not only serves as a reminder to keep me on track, it's also a nice complement to my wallpaper. Full five stars from me.
I love the beauty and functionality of this calendar, especially colors and stickers (I'd love more stickers, too!). I wish there were a way to edit ONE event in a series, instead of "all the events" or "this and all future events" - for example, maybe a class held every Thursday is cancelled once, and I just want to delete that one. I'd also like to be able to set my own defaults in terms of reminders. I never use them and it's a little annoying to turn them off for every event. Finally, it would be nice to set an event without a time - sometimes I know something will happen on a day, but I don't know what time yet. My only option is to say it's "all day," which it isn't. These are minor issues and this is the best calendaring app for my needs I've found yet!
I love the features! It has everything I need. From the to-dos, the calendars with stickers and intuitive reminders, to the widgets with month view! 😍 Edit: After using it for a while, I have encountered a lot of bugs: -Widget that shows agenda, it always "refreshes" and shows nothing -Daily briefing time work very inconsistently and it does not follow the time you set in the settings -The monthly widget sometimes acts up where it only shows one event at a time per date -The setting of time for the reminder of events is buggy as well (AM/PM gets confused when set) Fix the bugs to revert back to 5 stars please. Thanks.
I really liked the Samsung calendar on my S4, but after getting a new one+ phone I was looking around for a calendar app that allowed me to set reminders for events more than 4 weeks in advance. Google calendar, plus a lot of other calendar apps only allow a maximum of 4 weeks of reminders. Sol is everything I wanted, and I love the quick side scroll action.
Need ending date to To-do list There were some tasks i just needed to do in a few days or weeks or a month. I didnt wanna add them as events cuz they were probably not. So i hope that there could be ending date to To-do list, just like in Events. Also it would be so much more convient if there were more color and sticker choices. With my best regards, im looking forward to see some of these changes in the next update. Thank you.
