So easy! It reminds you to add an entry every day. It allows you to add tasks that it didn't already have listed. (I added hanging with the kids for example) It's cool that it also tracks your daily mood. I love that it let's you enter what's happened that day. I haven't had a diary in years and never realized how much I missed it until I downloaded this app. It's nice being able to get my feelings out instead of overthinking and not sleeping all night. Peace of mind is a great side effect of this app. Thanks for that!
This is a great app. I have never been able to keep a diary for more then a week - now I am on my second month. With gentle reminders, and a range of basic emotions and icons for activities you don't even have to write anything if you don't want to, just use the icons as a quick entry method. This is a great app and I can't recommend it enough!
Quick app to track mood patterns and jot down thoughts or days events. I like that it gives the option to write if I choose to do so, or you can simply mark your mood and select what activities you've been doing and be done quickly. You can set a reminder so it pops up each day, same time so you don't miss a days post. It isn't an intrusive app and it does have a pin # feature for locking. Easily 5 stars.
This is a great way to simply track your moods and thoughts. Its like having a friend that asks what your day has been like. The app allows me to set a timer so it goes off everyday when im winding down. This way I add an entry and track my mood/activities associated with my day. I love that I can customize the name of my moods and customize my activities. This app is great for someone like me, as I tend to get overwhelmed by programs that have too many options and places to add info. Ita short and sweet. Give it a shot!
I'm using the app for quite a long time (200 days strike is getting close!) from two phones so the fast backup has always been very important. Since the last update it stopped working though, only one option is visible from half a year ago and I don't dare to choose it lest it overwrite what I've since written. Am I the only one? Could you look into this issue? Thank you very much! [Edit: yes, despite the date it works perfectly well! Woohoo! Thank you for the super fast support :) ]
No complaints. While I understand the appeal of a simple, streamlined app, it could use a few more features and I'm not a fan of how the average daily mood is calculated. It requires you to have a consistent number of timed entries for a truly accurate result (example, if you felt "great" most of the day and "awful" for a short time, and those were your only two entries, it will put your day between those two values) but you can back-date new entries. Some of the translation is a little rough too but frankly I'm just glad it's available in English.
