Was fine before update May 2024. Now a nightmare!!! Now the app refuses to accept data that users need to enter in the app. You have to constantly log off and back in repeatedly until it starts to hold data. And then, when you are trying to clock in/out it constantly has issues letting you do so. You have to open and close the app on average 6 times to get a log in to catch. Unfortunately our employer uses this for everything. Programmers need to pull their head out and fix their mess up!

Everytime when I open the app, I have to enter my password, set up a pin and I do not get messages from the office. Instead when they see that I don't respond to their messages, someone from the office has to text me from their cell phone. They shouldn't have to do. My push notifications are on, DND is not on and within 3 weeks I have had to update the app twice! It does get very frustrating and annoying to have to deal with so many issues.

I used the old app fine. I have to log in long form all the time now since update. I loved the convenience of just putting in my number code. But now not only do I have to log in daily with user/pswd I have to reset the number code. It is also slow gettin my location it will read accuracy Poor. And more times than not I have to go to the website because it's not recognizing my credentials. Needs work or put it back like it was. Hardly no issues with old application and looked better. Ijs.
