Everytime when I open the app, I have to enter my password, set up a pin and I do not get messages from the office. Instead when they see that I don't respond to their messages, someone from the office has to text me from their cell phone. They shouldn't have to do. My push notifications are on, DND is not on and within 3 weeks I have had to update the app twice! It does get very frustrating and annoying to have to deal with so many issues.

This app is a mess, it keeps logging me out when I have to go look at another app. When I come back it makes me log in and make a new PIN. It won't let you save your notes unless all the boxes are filled. I've lost my notes at least 4 times when I needed to look at another app, only to come back and find the notes I was working on are all gone.

since the update this past week it won't let me stay logged in. I have to enter my password every single time I have to do one time codes to my phone every single time. not only is this annoying it also means I can't get messages from the office because unless I stay logged in the messages won't go through to my push notifications. the app is updated and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still it will not keep me logged in
