I've loved and used e-Sword for many years! It took some practice to be able to use all the bells and whistles, but I do find that I'm slow at learning many things on computers and phones. I did purchase a New King James version for it a couple of times, but didn't keep the purchase information to be able to get the copy I paid for. I don't know what to do to get it back. But I love it Even if it's without my favorite version because it's a great Bible program and has lots of great add-ons.

After searching thru several apps where they either have intrusive ads or it's a launcher and takes over your phone, I found one app that was ad free that was simple and limited. So I decided to look into the premium ad free apps and found this app. I must say I am quite impressed upon first use. And I'm not that easy to impress. All the versions of the Bible and the reference material that can be downloaded for offline use for free (with small purchase of the app) is incredible. Thank you.

Just ... WOW. Perhaps a year ago I used e-Sword on my PC, but you know we can't take the time to open our computers every time we want to read words of life, so perhaps a month ago I thought I would try it for Android. I am extremely impressed. The basic app is amazing and easy to use, with great tools for memorization, notes, devotions, references, and more, but I have also purchased additional devotionals, commentaries, and Bible versions. This app puts a spark back in reading God's Word
