The app sucks, delivery time is slow and never accurate, they allow you to schedule delivery ahead of time, but don't expect them to wait to deliver it. They restaurants marks as closed when they are open. I placed and order for breakfast and 30 mins later the driver still wasn't at restaurant so I was late for work. Also, you can't cancel and order after it's been placed (when they take forever to go get it so your food is cold by the time you get it)

Truly terrible. The app is basically unusable. There is no way to contact the driver, leave feedback for the driver, and customer support is no existent. I managed to find a chat feature on their actual page, but it sits there and eventually outright tells you that there is nobody on the other side. I never received my food, it's a scam company.

The last few times we ordered the drivers were slow and it took forever on our food would arrive cold bad thing is tips are included in here and I'd still pay some for extra tips seems like if you don't pay for extra tips you can't ever get a driver I even had to go pick my food up one time from el patio cause they never picked it up and it was soggy waiting
