I hate exercising! I joined a gym last year and only use the membership once. I was debating on whether not to keep this app because my commitment to exercise is not just. However, this app makes it easy for me to follow. And because of my age and physical limitations I can modify them even with the specific exercises that the instructors do.

any people complain about some dollars a week in which they would gladly spend the same amount or more on a cup of coffee in the morning. There’s a free trial which was enough for me. The app is flawless and although I haven’t used it long enough to see any major gains, I have gotten fitter and more agile. The workouts and exercises are easy to customize to be easier or harder depending on what you feel like. They even walk you through workouts and give you instructions. So far I give 5 stars

I paid for the year and do not see half of what is promised. Only the workouts. No water tracker, no meal plans, no calorie tracker. I can't change anything and when I click the contact us button it only brings me back to the home screen. I haven't even used the app yet and already I am unhappy!
