device not compatible I bought an Android TV box running Android 16 on RK3528 CPU When the application starts it pops up the "device is not compatible" error and exits update: I have already contacted STC TV support but it was very useless; they repeatedly provided templated replies that the application runs on Android blah blah I asked for a comprehensive compatibility list and this was not even available or imaginable very frustrated premium customer

The interface is very laggy and tends to take a while to load the recommendations. Furthermore, the video player has a lot of issues, including the fact that 70% of the times, the "Next Episode" button doesn't even work. There are other issues like random crashes and I have tested this app in multiple flagship devices just to make sure it's not an issue relating to the device.

Worst app by far! I just rented a movie and paid for it, and it's not available and I have to pay again. Ridiculous!!
