Not user friendly, it's slow, glitchy, when I pickup my order it gives me an error message every single time but thankfully the shopper still gets it on his end because they do come out but on my end I never know if it went through because it just buffers the entire time, then gives me an error message When trying to select substitutions for items in the cart, if I click on "search more options" it completely freezes and kicks me out so I can only add what options are available. I could go on.

It's another app for another place. It's functional. I was told that I could upload points retroactively so I picked it up for my previous purchase and not only does the rewards system take you off the app to their website but, the "load points" button doesn't do anything. Actually it's kinda funny if you click it enough times it vanishes. So yeah. Just another customer loyalty app to another store. Meh. Edit: Taking another star off for opting out of notifications and receiving them anyway.

The item reviews are national, which people don't realize at all, & are mostly incentivized ones (w/ bias, typos, poor grammar & contradictions). I'm glad for the store in-stock locator feature; however, they are light-years behind Vons since they don't have in store receipt/purchase tracking. Don't lose your receipts! Need more clear announcements that coupons/promos can't be combined. Otherwise, no major glitches for me (no online or pickup tho) & pretty smooth UI. TBD if that changes.
