Ratings and reviews

Be warned. there is no way to cancel or delete your account. despite what it says on-line, there is no Manage My Account in the app under the cog (settings menu) and you can't even pause your profile using the app, you have to do thus on-line. this is in breach of GDPR UK regulations which specifically state it should be easy to unsubscribe or remove information held by organisations. to this end, I have made a request via the company web-site to remove delete my personal information. Will see.

Terrible service - last time I joined & the app worked on my phone for a short while then remained unusable throughout the remaining subscription period. Matter referred to Ourtime but never resolved. I rejoined Ourtime again mid January & deleted my account after a months membership following their prescribed procedure ( on their computer site within 48 hours of 4 wk subscription expiry) Despite this a further £39.99 renewal subscription was taken from on 22 Feb. Issue still unresolved!!

Rubbish. Kept regurgatating profiles even though I swiped left. Gave me matches from a different country a lot of the time. It's almost impossible to cancel a subscription. Don't do it.
