I've had the app for a few weeks and it has been ok, but since it's updated, I can't open anything within the app it keeps coming up with "Failed to load, please retry" there is nothing wrong with my wifi so I've paid for a membership I'm not able to use. 'update' I finally got it to load, but still can't see my preference search and it now keeps signing me out every few minutes, so definitely won't be renewing my subscription. very poor quality app.

This app has just been updated,can someone tell me how this works. unable to see profiles,even though I'm fully paid up member? I enter my details, the app verifies them but just keeps buffering and won't open. Have emailed customer service twice today 24/1/2026 regarding unable to open app. Even unstalled and reinstalled app. Iv subscribed to a service I'm not receiving,in which case I think I should be entitled for a refund for each day I'm unable to access site.

The worse dating app on the net. It has more bugs than an episode of I'm a Celebrity. If the app isn't down then it rarely loads. The new format is truly awful. Such a waste of money and it's a shame I can't give it minus stars. I tried to cancel my subscription in the cooling off period after purchasing but was told I would have to get a refund from Google Play but Google Play told me I had to get the refund from Ourtime. It's just one big con to get you to part with your hard earned cash.
