About this app

This app is for pupils and their parents/guardians using InfoMentor to get information from their school. By using this app you can choose which parts of the system you would like to receive push notifications for, like assignments, or a daily summary of assessment that has been published in the system. The options depend on what functions your school is using. From the notifications you can easily click to view related information.

Decent but would recommend a way to choose how long of an absence you'll take. For example, if my child had an appointment but would only need to miss 20 minutes then there should be an option to choose time and not just periods. For an example two scroll button that goes from 00:00 to 23:59 (as some schools end and start earlier than others. But with that option let's me chose let's say 12:30-13:20 if it takes that long and let's the teacher now that the student will arrive mid-class.

Why can't the app do push notifications? Why can I only look at what is new once? I feel bad because my preschool works hard on providing information and newsletters that I don't see because I get no notifications that they are there. What is sad is that our school system used to use another app that worked better.

If you download an attachment on an Android phone, it ends up in your Files, without showing any action on the screen (it does not open in new window, does not show any sign, nothing). So, untill I realized it I had multiple copies of all downloads in Files, and had no idea I had them.
